The terms and commission structure for the VOYA Luxury Affiliate Programme.

1. Programme overview

The VOYA Luxury Affiliate Programme allows approved affiliates to earn commission by referring new customers to the platform.

2. Eligibility and approval

Applicants must be approved before generating referral links. VOYA Luxury reserves the right to decline or remove any affiliate at its discretion.

3. Commission structure

Commission rates and qualifying actions are set out in the affiliate dashboard and may vary by campaign. [Specific commission rates to be confirmed].

Finance is subject to status, affordability and lender approval. VOYA Luxury may introduce customers to authorised finance providers. Final regulatory wording and disclosures must be approved before launch.

4. Marketing conduct

  • No use of misleading, false or unauthorised claims about VOYA Luxury.
  • No bidding on VOYA Luxury brand terms in paid search without written approval.
  • No spam, incentivised clicking, or cookie stuffing.

5. Payment of commission

Commission is paid on the schedule set out in the affiliate dashboard, subject to a validation period and reversal of commission on cancelled or fraudulent bookings.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the programme at any time. Accrued and validated commission at the point of termination will be honoured in accordance with the payment schedule.
