Terms and Conditions

The rules governing use of the VOYA Luxury website and marketplace.

1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the VOYA Luxury website and marketplace, operated by VOYA Luxury [Registered company details to be confirmed]. By creating an account or making a booking you agree to be bound by these terms.

This is a structural placeholder and does not constitute a complete or legally binding agreement.

2. Definitions

  • "Renter" means an individual who books a vehicle through the platform.
  • "Vehicle Partner" means an individual or business who lists a vehicle for rental.
  • "Platform" means the VOYA Luxury website, applications and related services.
  • "Booking" means a confirmed reservation of a vehicle for a defined period.

3. Eligibility to use the platform

Users must be at least 21 years of age, hold a valid UK or international driving licence, and meet any additional criteria set by the relevant Vehicle Partner.

VOYA Luxury reserves the right to decline registration or bookings at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

4. Bookings and payment

Bookings are confirmed only once payment or an agreed deposit has been processed and the Vehicle Partner has accepted the request.

Prices displayed include the components stated at checkout. Additional charges (fuel, mileage overage, cleaning, damage) may apply as set out in the applicable Rental Agreement.

Finance is subject to status, affordability and lender approval. VOYA Luxury may introduce customers to authorised finance providers. Final regulatory wording and disclosures must be approved before launch.

5. Cancellations and amendments

Cancellation and amendment terms are set out in full in the Cancellation and Amendment Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VOYA Luxury acts as an intermediary between Renters and Vehicle Partners and is not itself the provider of the vehicle rental service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where such exclusion would be unlawful.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes should first be raised through the Complaints Procedure.

8. Changes to these terms

VOYA Luxury may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users in advance of taking effect.
