1. Scope of this summary

This page summarises the structure of the Rental Agreement entered into between a Renter and a Vehicle Partner at the point of booking. The full agreement is provided at checkout and takes precedence over this summary.

2. Vehicle condition and handover

Vehicles are inspected before and after each rental. A condition report is completed at handover and return, and both parties are encouraged to record any pre-existing damage.

3. Mileage and fuel

Each booking includes a mileage allowance shown at checkout. Mileage beyond this allowance, and fuel/charging shortfalls, may incur additional charges as set out in the booking summary.

4. Insurance and excess

Insurance cover, excess amounts and named driver requirements are specified per vehicle listing. [Specific insurer and policy details to be confirmed].

5. Renter responsibilities

  • Use the vehicle in accordance with its manual and any restrictions stated in the listing.
  • Report any accident, damage or mechanical issue promptly.
  • Return the vehicle on time, in the condition it was received, subject to fair wear and tear.

6. Additional charges

Additional charges may apply for late return, excess mileage, cleaning, fuel/charging shortfall, congestion or parking penalties, and damage beyond fair wear and tear.
