1. Purpose of this agreement
This agreement governs the relationship between VOYA Luxury and a Vehicle Partner listing one or more vehicles on the platform.
2. Listing standards
Vehicle Partners must ensure listed vehicles are roadworthy, taxed, and hold a valid MOT where applicable. Vehicles are subject to inspection and approval before being made available for booking.
3. Fees and payouts
VOYA Luxury retains a platform fee from each completed booking, disclosed at the point of listing. Remaining proceeds are paid out to the Vehicle Partner on the schedule set out in the partner dashboard. [Specific fee percentages to be confirmed].
4. Insurance obligations
Vehicle Partners are responsible for ensuring appropriate insurance cover is in place for rental use of their vehicle. [Insurer and policy requirements to be confirmed].
5. Standards of conduct
Vehicle Partners must respond to booking requests, maintenance issues and renter queries promptly and in good faith, and must not discriminate against renters on any unlawful ground.
6. Suspension and termination
VOYA Luxury may suspend or remove a listing, or terminate this agreement, in the event of a breach of these terms, repeated poor performance, or safety concerns.
